This Privacy Policy explains how Zime Co B.V. ("Zime Co", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our platform, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, date of birth, address, government-issued identification, and financial details, in order to open your account, verify your identity, and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, device information, and usage data to help secure and improve our Services.

We use your data to provide and personalise our Services, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with regulated fund managers, custodians, payment processors, and regulators where necessary to deliver the Services or comply with the law. Any such partners are required to protect your data to a standard consistent with this Policy.
