These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zime Co platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Zime Co B.V. is registered in the Netherlands and provides a platform through which users can browse, select, and invest in a range of investment plans, mutual funds, and savings products. Some investment products available on the platform are provided by third-party fund managers and are subject to their own terms, prospectuses, and risk disclosures, which will be made available to you before you invest.

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old and complete our identity verification (KYC) process. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should carefully review the details, fees, and risk profile of any plan before investing, and seek independent financial advice if you are unsure.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
